Our Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your time of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations in which only partial refunds may be granted. These include: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. This email will additionally detail whether your request for a refund had been approved or rejected. If your request has been approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

If you are exchanging or returning a product, please ship it to: 1886 route Marie Victorin, Levis, G7A 4H2, QC, Canada. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
