Warranty & Service Policy
At Benson Watch Winders, we take pride in the craftsmanship and technical precision of our products. We stand behind our quality with a warranty program designed to ensure your timepieces remain perfectly wound and protected.
2-Year Limited Warranty
All new Benson watch winders are covered by a 2-year (24-month) limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, mechanical motor failure under normal use, and electronic component malfunctions.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear to the exterior finish, or the use of non-original power adapters.
Service & Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your watch winder is no longer covered by the 2-year warranty, we offer professional repair services to extend the life of your unit.
- Evaluation: Once we receive your winder, our technicians will perform a diagnostic evaluation.
- Quote: We will provide you with a detailed quote for parts and labor.
- Approval: No repairs will be performed until you have reviewed and approved the estimated costs.
Shipping, Customs & Fees
For all warranty claims and out-of-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for all logistics costs.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to our service center and for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance, as we are not responsible for units lost or damaged during transit.
- Customs & Tariffs: Benson Watch Winders is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff fees that may apply to international shipments. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or local authorities at the time of delivery or return.
